The following guarantee pertains to our local deliveries by our staff within the state of West Virginia.
We guarantee live delivery on all of our bait. In the event we have our cooler at your location we extend that guarantee for 30 days from purchase. This guarantee applies to night crawlers and meal worms only. There is no extended guarantee on bait fish. This guarantee is void in the event of negligence, power outages, frozen bait, or cooler failure due to tampering or being unplugged. This is IN STORE guarantee only, once the product leaves the store it is no longer our responsibility. We must have the entire contents of the bait container in order to replace your bait.
There will be no guarantee on bait held during the off-season, November 1 through March 1. We will gladly ship your products year round to you via ups should you run out before our next delivery. There is no minimum for ups deliveries. During warm months we will have to include an ice pack in your ups delivery at an additional charge. You may place an order at any time via our web site. There is no guarantee on live bait shipped by UPS unless next day delivery is utilized.
Our guarantee of live delivery when using commercial carriers such as UPS or Fed EX.
We will guarantee live delivery of Night Crawlers and meal worms when using overnight delivery service. At our discretion we may recommend delaying shipping due to extreme heat or extreme cold. Our requirements are that there must be a person to sign for the package of live bait and tend to it immediately. All bait must be kept refrigerated but not frozen upon receipt. We will not be responsible for any live bait shipments that are not signed for by the customer. We will not be responsible for bait shipped in extreme temperatures, you must use your own discretion. Although we will do our best to insure your package gets to you safely we can not guarantee during extreme conditions.
We will ship live bait Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and only on Thursdays within the state of West Virginia. If conditions are favorable we will ship 2 day air and use ice packs and insulated packing to keep the bait happy. Any claims must be presented to us by e mail the day of delivery for us to consider a replacement based upon the services you chose to use for delivery. In any event we will not pay for shipping only product replacement .We require a photograph in case of a damaged shipment sent to our e mail account for consideration of your claim.
There will be additional $5.00 charge added to shipping for the cost of ice packs and insulation in extreme heat.
Returns of non perishable items
Any items returned to us must first be assigned a return number by our staff. If the product is used and or damaged by the consumer, returns will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Items must be unopened and not damaged, in new condition in order for us to accept the return.
